This suite has been designed to compliment the accounting system (SAGE, AccountView, QuickBooks) used by companies for recording business transactions.
To select a report simply choose the report you are looking for from the menu on the left of the screen. This screen will then, in most cases, be replaced by the report selection screen where you will be able to select your criteria for filtering the report.
Criteria could include dates, customers, account managers or any other criterion you may need to search on which is relevant to the report.
Each report will be printable and would be printed using the printer icon.
Most reports will allow you to export the data to Excel by clicking the CSV icon.
Many of these reports have charts associated with them and these charts can be copied and pasted into your documentation by simply right clicking the mouse in the browser and then selecting copy. They can then be pasted into your documents as images.
